David Armstrong
David Armstrong is Head of Litigation and BClaims at Brodies. He is a Solicitor Advocate with Rights of Audience in the Court of Session and the Supreme Court. David manages the BClaims team and is specifically responsible for the development of its client base and new service products. David deals with complex personal injury actions in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, mainly acting for the Pursuer. He has also represented Care and Nursing Homes and their insurers in Fatal Accident Inquiries all over Scotland where issues of clinical negligence often arise.
